Shipping
Our Detroit and Phoenix based warehouse staff work to ship all orders within 1 business day. Backorders are shipped per your instructions. All orders are shipping out of NaughtyBoyToysandGear.com’s warehouse located in Michigan & Arizona. Orders are shipped via the cheapest means possible unless another shipping method is requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges, and C.O.D. fees.
International Shipping
NaughtyBoyToysandGear.com ships worldwide. Please reach out to customer service for shipping options.
Changes to an In-Process Order
Our team works hard and quickly to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Once you submit your order, please understand, they cannot be modified or cancelled.
Backorders
Backorders are handled based on each customer’s preferences.
Defective Product
Any products received with a manufacturing defect must be reported to NaughtyBoyToysandGear.com within 48 hours of delivery. Under no circumstances may product be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization in writing.
Returned/Refused Orders
Orders which are returned or refused will be reshipped with additional shipping charge. Any orders which need to be restocked will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged/Shortages
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in excellent condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened, or retaped, you must file a claim with the freight carrier at the time of delivery. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier. Under no circumstances may product be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization in writing.
